Hey, I'm Rafael Rocha and I've always been a curious person, encouraged from a young age to always ask a lot of questions, fostering an inquisitive mind. Having had exposure in Engineering in a variety of contexts - startups, scale-ups and enterprise - and a variety of domains - fintech, compliance and data analytics - I've used my curious mindset as a way to gain a holistic view on engineering and its deep connection with the human side of organizations.
